With Christina Dzioba, PhD, APRN, WHNP-BC, FNP-BC, BC-ADM, CNE Dr. Christina Dzioba (Joba) specializes in diabetes, endocrine care, women's health, and telehealth, with a focus on improving outcomes for underserved and neurodivergent populations. She earned a Ph.D. in Nursing from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, an MSN in Women's Health NP from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and a Family Nurse Practitioner certificate from the University of Cincinnati. Dr. Dzioba’s clinical roles include positions at the Endocrine Institute of South Florida and PCOS Sisters Telehealth Clinic. She has contributed to nursing education through roles at Florida Gulf Coast University and Milwaukee School of Engineering. An inaugural fellow of the Golisano Institute for Developmental Disabilities Nursing, she is also certified through Old Dominion in Telehealth. Currently, she co-chairs the AACN Research Leadership Network conference planning committee, serves on the NONPF Telehealth Committee and AACN Communications Committee, and holds leadership roles with the Florida Nurse Practitioner Network and the Nurse Practitioner Council of Collier County. Her scholarly work encompasses telehealth competencies, oral care, and chronic disease management, as well as diabetes management. Dr. Dzioba actively participates in community service through the Florida Special Olympics and with her dog, Toby, as a certified Pet Partners therapy team.
